摘　　要：我国民族社会工作发展的关键问题,一是扩展专业民族社会工作,二是强化民族社会工作的文化适应性;我国民族社会工作学科的整体路径,应在借鉴西方民族社会工作方法及经验基础之上、结合我国既有民族工作方法和制度框架而建立。基于上述,本文提出推进我国民族社会工作学科及实务发展的一种整体路径,即"边界跨越"和"文化敏感",并对"边界跨越"与"文化敏感"的实践策略、方法进行了初步探讨。During the development of Chinese ethnic social work,there are two critical problems which need to be solved.One is to extend the professional ethnic social work,the other is to increase the cultural adaptability of the ethnic social work.The ethnic social work in China should learn from the practice of western ethnic social work,and combine it with the method and system of present Chinese ethnic work.On the basis of the above,the paper proposes a comprehensive approach to develop the discipline and practice of Chinese ethnic social work which means boundary-crossing and culture-sensitive,also tentatively explores its practical strategy and method.
