云南德宏州傣族、景颇族、阿昌族、德昂族0～6岁儿童营养不良等常见病的调查

摘　　要：目的:了解云南德宏州傣族、景颇族、阿昌族、德昂族0～6岁儿童营养不良现状,为防治疾病提供科学依据。方法:采用典型调查对云南德宏州傣族、景颇族、阿昌族、德昂族0～6岁儿童进行体格发育测量;调查急性呼吸道感染(ARI)、反复呼吸道感染(RRI)、腹泻(CDD)、贫血、营养不良等情况;血红蛋白Hb测定运用血细胞分析仪(迈瑞BC-2008),6月～6岁Hb<110 g/L为贫血;体格发育形态指标按全国九市儿童体格发育调查方案;统计处理和分析采用SPSS 15.0软件进行。结果:消瘦率、ARI、急性腹泻、慢性腹泻及贫血随年龄增加而降低;低体重率和发育迟缓率与年龄之间差异无统计学意义;RRI随年龄增加而增加;呼吸道感染(ARI、RRI)、慢性腹泻、贫血民族之间差异有统计学意义,其中景颇族贫血发病居4个民族之首,阿昌族以RRI、急性腹泻、慢性腹泻居4个民族之首;结论:营养不良有明显下降趋势;贫血发生率还很高,主要原因是地中海贫血占的比例大。Objective：To know the malnutrition status of the children aged 0-6 of Dai,Jingpo,Achang,Deang in Yunnan,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of diseases.Methods： The physical development status of the children aged 0-6 years was investigated using typical investigation in Dai,Jingpo,Achang,Deang in Yunnan,including acute respiratory infection（ARI）,recurrent respiratory tract infection（RRI）,diarrhea（CDD）,anemia,malnutrition and other conditions.The hemoglobin Hb was determined by blood cell analyzer（Mindray BC2008）,the morphological indicators of physical development were according to the survey scheme of children＇s physique growth in nine cities of China.Results： weight loss rate,ARI,acute diarrhea,chronic diarrhea and anemia decreased with age increased;the rates of low body weight and growth retardation were not obviously related with the age;RRI increased with age.The differences about respiratory infection（ARI,RRI）,chronic diarrhea,anemia among different nationalities had statistical significance,the incidence of anemia in Jingpo was the highest among 4 nationals,the incidences of the RRI,acute diarrhea,chronic diarrhea in Achang were the highest among 4 nationals.Conclusion：The malnutrition has decreased and the emaciation rate is still high in Yunnan,its main cause is the high proportion of Mediterranean anemia.
