青少年巨大胸壁原始神经外胚层肿瘤患者的护理

摘　　要：报告了3例青少年巨大胸壁原始神经外胚层肿瘤患者的护理经验。本组均进行了胸壁巨大肿瘤切除及胸壁重建或改形手术。护理要点:术前评估患者的情况,提高患者的治疗依从性,加强胸壁巨大肿瘤部位的皮肤护理;术后加强对胸腔出血、心律失常、反常呼吸、疼痛等的观察及护理,并做好系统的功能训练。通过及时、有效的护理干预,有效促进了患者康复。This paper reports the perioperative nursing of 3 adolescent patients with huge primitive neuroeetodermal tumors on the chest wall All the patients underwent chest wall tumor resection and chest wall reconstruction or reshaping surgery. The preoperative care focused on careful assessment of patients＇ condition in order to improve the patients＇ treatment compliance and the care of chest wall tumor. The key points in postoperative care were the observation and care of the postoperative complications such as bleeding,arrhythmia,abnormal breathing and pain,as well as functional exercise. Effective and timely nursing interventions promoted the progress of rehabilitation,improved the quality of life and shortened the average hospital stay.
