腭瘘行舌瓣修复手术的围手术期护理

摘　　要：总结5例腭瘘患儿行舌瓣修复术的围手术期护理经验。术前做好特殊用物的准备及患儿心理护理;术中完善手术护理配合;术后加强呼吸道管理、饮食护理,密切观察患儿舌瓣血运情况,采取有针对性的护理措施,指导患儿行断蒂训练和舌功能锻炼。5例患儿术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合。This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 5 children undergoing palatal fistula repair operation with the tongue flap. The key points in perioperative nursing were preoperative psychological care and well preparation of special instruments and materials, perfected intraoperative care, postoperative airway management,diet guidance,close observation of blood supply of the tongue flap,prevention and treatment of postoperative complications,blood supply training before cutting off the flap and functional training of the tongue. All the children were discharged with stage-I recovery.
