摘　　要：图书馆联盟是图书馆间进行资源共建共享的有效方式,但其在运行中存在着诸多不稳定性因素制约着图书馆联盟的发展。本文在指出图书馆联盟存在成员组成不稳定、资源建设不确定、成员信息不对称、成员个体利益不对称、成员协作不对称、用户需求不对称等不稳定因素的基础上,针对性提出了降低不稳定性因素的策略。Library union is the effective way of resource co-construction and sharing of libraries. But there are many unstable factors in library union process. This paper puts forward the strategies of reducing unstable factors, based on introducing the members unstable,resource construction unsta- ble,information asymmetric, individual interest asymmetric, co-operation asymmetric, and user needs asymmetric.
