浅谈我国图书馆文献保存体系的保障

摘　　要：本文从我国出版物样本缴送的政策法规入手,较为详细地分析了我国样本缴送中存在的问题,提出了借鉴国外出版物缴送制度的长处,建立图书文献呈缴制度,设立相关法律,使我国出版物的样本缴送有法可依;并对缴送制度提出了改革的具体思路和方向,及应采取的措施和对策。Starting from the policy of publications deposit system, this paper analyses the implementation problems of deposit publication in our coun- try. It proposes the reference of the advantages of foreign publications deposit system and the establishment of books and documents deposit system, and relevant laws, which promote our publications deposit system abide to law. It also puts forward ideas and direction of reform, and countermeasures in order to protect documents stored system.
