摘  要:为了降低烧结成本,节约能耗,2011年宣钢炼铁厂开展了降低360 m2烧结机烧结矿固体燃耗的攻关。通过调整原料结构、控制燃料粒度、防止混料、改善料层透气性以及实施稳定生产的一系列措施后,烧结固体燃耗从攻关前的59.15 kg/t降到52.52 kg/t,降低了6.62 kg/t,效果显著。In order to reduce sintering cost and save energy consumption, the research on reducing solid fuel consumption of sinter for 360 m^2 sinter machine was carried out in Xuansteel iron-making plant in year 2011. By adjusting raw material structure, controlling fuel size, preventing mixing of materials, improving bed permeability and by taking a series of measures to stabilize production, the solid fuel consumption of sinter was reduced from 59.15 kg/t to 52.52 kg/t, which was reduced by 6.62 kg/t, and the effect is remarkable.
