摘　　要：经济学家对市场治理结构的理论和实践问题的探讨,在许多方面是以制度的设计和实施为核心内容和基本架构的。市场治理结构与产业运行格局之间存在着相关性。市场治理结构作为一种制度安排,可以分别从制度既定和制度不既定两个层面来进行分析。市场治理结构既定,意味着经济体制模式和契约联结方式较少发生变动或不发生变动;市场治理结构不既定,是经济体制模式和契约联结方式经常发生变动的结果。西方产业组织理论只是部分适合于对中国流通产业运行实际的解释。分析中国流通产业的市场治理结构和产业运行格局,要以体制转轨和不完全契约作为宏微观分析背景,重点分析以等级交易和混合交易为主要内容的契约联结方式,并据此来研究流通产业的竞争和垄断。本文以现实的市场治理结构为背景,考察了中国流通产业存在的局部垄断现象,认为中国流通产业的市场组织结构是充分竞争和局部垄断的并存,我们要改变这种市场组织结构中的低效现象,必须加快经济体制转轨和重塑市场治理结构。Market governance structure is in many aspects of system design and implementation as the core content and the basic framework. There is a correlation between the market governance structure and industrial operation pattern. Market governance structure can be analysised from established system and non-established system at two levels. Market governance structure established means that the economic and institutional model and contractual way of linking are less change or not change. Market governance structure non-established is the result of the economic and institutional mode and the compact way of linking frequent changes. Market governance structure and industrial run pattern of China＇s circulation industry are as grade transaction and mixed transaction the main content. This paper analyzes the partial monopoly of China＇s circulation industry, and believes that the market organization of China＇s circulation industry is the coexistence of perfect competition and partial monopoly.
