摘 要:为了寻求ClO2体系中高效、环保的铜缓蚀剂,采用静态失重法、动电位极化曲线和扫描电镜研究了Na2MoO4与苯并三氮唑(BTA)单独及复配使用时在ClO2介质中对黄铜的协同缓蚀效应。结果表明:Na2MoO4对黄铜的缓蚀作用有限,最大缓蚀率仅为10.85%;BTA对黄铜有较好的缓蚀作用,缓蚀效率随其浓度的增加而增大,到达一定值后缓蚀率不再随BTA浓度的增加而明显变化;Na2MoO4与BTA按质量浓度1∶1复配后对黄铜产生明显的协同缓蚀作用,最大缓蚀率可达81.01%。For the purpose of seeking for highly efficient and environmentally acceptable corrosion inhibitors for brass in chlorine dioxide (ClO2), static weight loss test, polarization curve measurement, and scanning electron microscopic observation were conducted to investigate the synergistic inhibition effect of sodium molybdate and benzotriazole (BTA) for brass in 100 mg/L ClO2 solution. Results show that Na2MoO4 has little inhibition effect for brass, showing a maximum inhibition rate of only 10.85%. Besides, BTA has fair inhibition effect for brass, showing a maximum inhibition rate of 47.46%; and its inhibition rate rises with increasing BTA concentration until it reaches a certain value and remains almost unchanged with further increase of BTA concentration. Moreover, when Na2MoO4 is blended with BTA at a mass ratio of 1∶1, resultant blended inhibitor has excellent inhibition efefct for brass, showing a maximum inhibition rate of 81.01%。
