人类染色体隔离子区域核小体占据情况的统计分析

摘  要:计算了隔离子区的G和C占总碱基数的比例,统计分析了隔离子起始位点与终止位点上下游1 000碱基对范围内核小体的平均占据,结果表明了隔离子区序列G和C占总碱基数的比例高,隔离子区域核小体的平均占据比两翼的核小体平均占据高,得出了以下结论:序列中G和C占总碱基数比例高的DNA序列易发生弯曲和组蛋白八聚体形成致密的核小体,而隔离子区核小体占据率高有利于序列中两个转录功能域的隔离。The GC content of insulator was calculated and average nucleosome occupancy was also calculated in the 1000bp of upstream and downstream of start site and termination site of insulator. The results showed that the GC content in the in- sulator is higher than the average level in human, and the nucleosome average occupancy is higher in insulator than blanks both insulators. The insulator sequence in which GC content is higher benefits the bending of DNA sequence and form a compact nucleosome around histone octamer, and the insulator in which the nucleosome occupancy is higher is beneficial to isolate two transcriptional function region.
