摘　　要：目的探讨掌侧锁定加压钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法 31例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折采取掌侧锁定加压钢板内固定治疗。比较术前、术后掌倾角、尺偏角并进行统计学分析。结果术前、术后掌倾角、尺偏角比较有显著统计学差异。术后随访时间6~30个月,根据改良Mcbride功能评分,本组优24例,良6例,可1例,优良率达96.8%。结论桡骨远端粉碎性骨折切开复位掌侧锁定加压钢板内固定手术具有稳定的内固定基础,能恢复正常的解剖关系,早期进行功能锻炼,可获得较好的腕关节功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking compression plate of palm side in treatment of distal radius com- minuted fracture. Methods 31 patients of distal radius comminuted fracture were treated with locking compression plate of palm side. The palmar tilt and radial inclination angle before and after surgery were analyzed. Results Palmar tilt and and radial incli- nation angle were improved after operation. During a follow-up of 6 to 30 months, the results of 24 cases were found best, 6 cases were better, 1 case was good, and the excellent rate was 96.8% scored by Modified Mcbride function. Conclusion The internal fix- ation of open reduction and locking compression plate from palm side for distal radius comminuted fracture treatment can restore normal anatomical position of the body, and better function of the wrist joint can be recovered through earlier functional exercise.
