摘　　要：分析提升机双层缠绕咬绳的原因，并据此给予改造，最大限度解决咬绳问题，从而可延长钢丝绳使用寿命，提高经济效益。This paper analyses the causes of the double winding cutting ropes problems of hoist and improves it. The problems of the cutting ropes are solved maximum limit. It prolongs life of the ropes to raise efficiency.
