门诊注射前心理干预对学龄前小儿情绪影响的应用研究

摘  要:目的探讨开展门诊注射前心理干预对3~7岁学龄前患儿及其家属情绪的影响。方法选择3岁以上7岁以下学龄前门诊需注射患儿400例,随机分为实验组1(肌注)、实验组2(静脉滴注)和对照组1(肌注)、对照组2(静脉滴注),每组各100例,实验组由护士在独立诊室一对一进行注射前心理干预,对照组不进行心理干预,观察门诊注射治疗过程中患儿及家属的情绪反应。结果实验组的情绪较对照组明显稳定(P〈0.01)。结论门诊注射前心理干预能稳定患儿及家属的情绪,减轻其焦虑、恐惧心理,能更好地配合注射治疗工作。Objective To study the impact that psychological intervention carried out before injection on the preschool children aged from 3 to 7 and their families. Methods 400 cases from 3 years old to 7 years old preschool children in clinic were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group 1 (Intramuscular injection, IM), experimental group 2 (intravenous infusion) and con- trol group 1 (IM), control group 2 (intravenous infusion), 100 cases of each group. Psychological intervention was carried out in a separate clinic by nurses before injection on the experimental group while the control groups without psychological intervention. The children and their families" emotional reaction were observed during the injection treatment. Results The emotional reaction of experiment group was more stable compared with the control group (P 〈0.01). Conclusion Psychological intervention before injec- tion can reduce their anxiety, fear and stabilize the emotion of children and their families and work better with the injections.
