摘　　要：调节性T细胞是近年发现的一种在维持外周免疫耐受和预防自身免疫性疾病中发挥重要作用的CD4＋T细胞。慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是一种吸烟所诱发的由T细胞参与的炎症反应和自身免疫性所引起的疾病，我们综述了近年来调节性T细胞的特征及其在COPD中的作用，以便进一步研究此群细胞的功能，为COPD的防治提供新的思路。Regulatory T cells （Tregs） ,a subset of CD4＋ T cells,have recently reported to play an important role in maintaining peripheral tolerance and the prevention of autoimmunity. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） is induced by T lymphocyte-dependent inflammation and autoimmunity caused by smoking. This review summarizes the characteristics of Tregs and their role in COPD. An understanding of these issues is likely to facilitate the development of regulatory T cell-based therapies for the treatment of COPD.
