抗心律失常药物致心律失常反应78例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:通过数据证实抗心律失常药物有致心律失常和增加原有心律失常症状的不良反应。方法:应用动态心电图检测用药前后心律失常的比较。结果:有基础心律失常患者800例,用药后心律失常加重的是78例,发生率为9.7%,并且出现各种不同的加重现象。结论:抗心律失常药确实可以使部分有基础心律失常的患者用药后心律失常症状加重。Objective Data confirmed by antiarrhythmic drugs have proarrhythmic and increase the original arrhythmia symptoms of ad- verse reactions. Method Application of dynamic ECG arthythmia detection before and after treatment comparison. Results There were 800 cases of basic arrhythmia, the increased arrhythmia after treatment were 78 patients, the incidence rate of 9. 7%, and the emergence of a va- riety of different increasing phenomenon. Conclusion Antiarrhythmic drugs can really make some basic arrhythmia in patients with arrhyth- mia symptoms after treatment.
