带负压装置头皮针在小儿静脉穿刺中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究带负压装置头皮针在小儿困难静脉穿刺中的应用效果。方法:将在门诊静脉穿刺困难的患儿136例随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用带负压装置头皮针行静脉穿刺,对照组采用传统静脉穿刺的方法。结果:试验组的静脉穿刺成功率、回血率与对照组之间差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型带负压装置的头皮针应用到小儿困难静脉穿刺中,有利于静脉穿刺,可改善回血。Objective To explore the effect of scale needle with negative pressure device on difficult venipuneture. Method Total 136 patients came from outpatient were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group, the yen/puncture of the former was given by scale needle with negative pressure device ,that of the later was given by traditional one. Results There were significant differences of success rate of venipuneture and backward fluid of blood between the experiment group and the control group. Conclusion Scalp needle with negative pressure device applied to difficult venipuneture can be beneficial to venipuneture and backward fluid of blood.
