矿产资源执法监察的问题分析与对策:以新疆阿勒泰地区为例

摘　　要：矿产资源执法监察工作重在基层,相应问题的出现在基层也比较突出。笔者结合新疆阿勒泰地区的矿产资源执法监察现状,分析了当前矿产资源执法监察在人员编制、执法设备、法律依据和联动机制方面存在的问题,提出要完善矿产资源执法监察工作,需加强矿产资源执法监察的执法地位研究,增强矿产资源执法监察手段,将矿产资源执法监察联动机制制度化,增强矿产资源执法监察力量。The focus of the law enforcement and supervision in mineral resources field is at the grass-roots level,where there are most corresponding problems.Based on the present situation in Altai area of Xinjiang,the authors analyse the problems about the size of staffs,law enforcement equipment,legal basis and mechanism of collaboration.Therefore,the authors put forward four aspects to perfect it：to strengthen research on the legal status of law enforcement agencies,to raise the law enforcement means,to systematize the mechanism of collaboration,and to increase the strength of law enforcement and supervision.
