摘 要:针对常规水喷雾降尘技术的不足,模拟井下供水、供气条件构建了泡沫制备试验与测试系统,设计了一种泡沫制备工艺流程,成功制备出高性能降尘泡沫,实验获得了泡沫制备的主要技术参数,并在朱仙庄矿北翼皮带机大巷和810总回风下山的综掘工作面进行了现场应用。结果表明,降尘泡沫大幅降低了掘进工作面的总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘浓度,显著提高了降尘效率,明显改善了作业环境,保障了掘进工人的身体健康。Aiming to solve the shortcomings of conventional water spray technology,a foam preparation and test system was constructed in laboratory with simulating the supply conditions of water and compressed air in underground coal mine.Then a preparation process of foam was promoted.What's more,the high-performance foam for suppressing dust was successfully prepared by this system,and the main technical parameters of foam preparation were acquired by repeated experiments.At last,the foam for suppressing dust was put into practice at two heading faces of rock roadway of Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine.The results show that the concentration of total dust and respirable dust of heading face were reduced significantly by foam,the efficiency of dust was enhanced remarkably,the working environment was improved obviously,and the workers' health was protected to a large extent.
