摘 要:针对煤矿现有传统喷涂堵漏风材料的缺点,研制出了一种以粘土、水泥、添加剂和玻璃纤维为基料的新型复合浆体材料。通过理论实验分析,该复合浆体材料具有较好的抗压和抗弯强度,能够承受一定程度地应力等导致的巷道变形;具有良好的抗氧化性能,能够防止因风化等因素导致的喷涂材料脱落;具有很强的抗渗性,能够达到堵漏风的要求。通过复合浆体材料在白芨沟煤矿的应用实验,巷道漏风量减少了83%。Considering the shortcomings of the traditional spraying plugging material in the coal mine, a new composite slurry material containing elay, cement, fiber glass and some additives was developed. Through the theoretical and experiment analysis, the new com- posite slurry material, with good compressive and flexural strength, can withstand a certain degree of stress caused by roadway deforma- tion. It has good oxidation resistance property to prevent the spray material off caused by weathering and other factors. With strong im- permeability, the new material can achieve the requirements of plugging wind. Through the experiments of the new composite slurry ma- terial in Baijigou coal mine, the air leakage in roadway reduced by 83%.
