摘　　要：文章对我国图书馆地方性法规的概况和立法意义进行了阐述,从总则、图书馆建设、文献资源建设、服务、管理体制、人员、读者、经费、违法责任和附录等十个基本维度探讨了我国图书馆地方性法规,论述了我国在图书馆地方性法规制定过程中的问题及解决策略。Based on the current situations and legislative intention of local laws and regulations on library in China, the paper analyzes the general rules, construction of literature resources, services, management, staff, readers, funds, iilega the formulation of such laws ability and appendixes of them, and discusses the problems and solutions in and regulations in China.
