摘　　要：知识创新是知识管理的重要内容,也是保持竞争优势的源泉。知识创新模式是决定知识创新实施的基础和保障。在分析SECI模型局限性的基础上,提出构建基于波特五力分析模型的四维动态知识创新信息服务模式,以及知识存量增加、知识流动、知识转移的知识整合机制之间的协同与联动原理。Knowledge innovation is not only an important part of knowledge management, but also a source of competitive advantage. Knowledge innovation model is to determine the basis for the implementation of knowledge innovation and protection. This paper analyzed the limitations of the SECI model, and researched how to build the four-dimensional dynamic knowledge innovation information services model based on Michael Porter＇s Five Forces Model. At the same time, it revealed the principles mechanism of collaboration and linkage which integrate knowledge in the stock of knowledge increase, knowledge flows and knowledge transfer.
