护理干预血液透析深静脉留置导管在换药中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在血液透析深静脉留置导管管理中加强护理干预的效果,以供临床参考。方法将我院2010年1月～2012年2月收治的122例采用深静脉留置导管进行血液透析的患者随机分为两组,I组患者在给予一般的换药护理方法,II组患者在I组患者基础上,给予综合护理干预,比较两组患者发生并发症情况。结果 I组患者发生感染、血栓、脱管共13例,II组患者发生2例,II组患者明显少于I组患者,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用综合护理干预能够减少血液透析深静脉留置导管患者的并发症,优化护患关系,提高护理质量,值得在临床推广使用。Objective Of deep vein hemodialysis catheter management to enhance the effect of nursing intervention for clinical reference. Methods In our hospital from January 2010 to February 2012 treated 122 patients with deep venous catheter for hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups, group I give the general group of patients in nursing dressing, group II patients base on group I gived comprehensive nursing intervention . Compared patient＇s complications and patient＇s satisfaction to care job. Results Group I patients infection with 13 cases, group II patients occurred 2 cases, group II patients was significantly less than group I patients, P 〈0.05; group II patient＇s satisfaction to care was significantly better than group I patients, P 〈0.05, the difference was statistically significance. Conclusion Integrated care intervention reduce complications to hemodialysis patients with deep venous catheter and optimize nurse-patient relationship, improve quality of care, it worth clinical use.
