考试期间大学生“思伤脾”状态及焦虑抑郁情绪调查

摘　　要：[目的]探讨考试期间大学生"思伤脾"状态发生率及其与焦虑抑郁情绪的关系。[方法]应用临床流行病学方法,在全国5家大学对应考学生横断面问卷调查。[结果]考试期间大学生"思伤脾"状态发生率为33.0%,男生发生率为26.43%,女生发生率为38.12%,男女生发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.64,P<0.005);焦虑情绪出现率为49.5%,焦虑情绪出现率男生为44.05%,女生为53.78%,男女生焦虑情绪发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.965,P<0.005);抑郁情绪出现率为36.7%,抑郁情绪出现率男生为33.10%,女生为39.41%,男女生抑郁情绪发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.068,P<0.05),"思伤脾"状态与焦虑抑郁情绪呈显著正相关。[结论]考试期间大学生"思伤脾"状态发生率较高,且"思伤脾"状态与焦虑抑郁情绪密切相关。[ Objective ] To understand the status of anxiety - impairing - spleen and the relation between anxiety- impairing - spleen and anxiety and depression of college students during terminal examination. [Methods] The method of clinical epidemiology- DME was used to survey 1021 college students from 5 uni- versities during the same period. [Results~ During terminal examination, 33% of students suffered anxiety- impairing -spleen, the incidences of male and female students were 26.43% and 38.12% respectively, with a significant difference. 49.5% of students suffered anxiety, the incidences of male and female students were 44.05% and 53.78% respectively, with a significant difference. 36.7% of students suffered depression, the incidences of male and female students were 33.1% and 39.41% respectively, with a significant difference. Anxiety- impairing- spleen and anxiety and depression were significantly correlated. [ Conclusions~ During terminal examination, the rate of college students with anxiety - impairing - spleen was high and anxiety - im- pairing -spleen was related to anxiety and depression.
