瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛80例

摘　　要：[目的]观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛痰瘀互结证的临床疗效。[方法]选择符合条件的冠心病心绞痛患者共160例,随机分为两组,中药治疗组80例,对照组80例。均给予西药治疗基础上,中药治疗组加用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合血府逐瘀汤口服,4周为1个疗程,观察两组患者治疗前后心绞痛改善、中医证候积分、心电图ST-T变化情况。[结果]在心绞痛改善、中医证候积分改变情况,治疗组与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]血府逐瘀汤合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠心病心绞痛可明显改善病人症状。[ Objective] Observe Gualou Xiebai Banxia tang with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease （CHD） of phlegm stasis clinical curative effect. [ Methods ] Select the eligible patients with a total of 160 cases of angina pectoris of CHD, divided randomly into two groups： 80 ca- ses of Chinese medicine treatment group 80 cases of Control group, which both given the Western medicine. Chinese medicine treatment group was added with Gualou Xiebai Banxia tang with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. For the 4 weeks of 1 course. Observe before and after the treatment in patients with angina pectoris improved, TCM syndrome integral ST -T changes of ECG. [ Result ] Chinese medicine treatment group compared with the control group had statistical significance in angina pectoris improved, TCM syndrome integral. （P 〈 O. 05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Xuefu Zhuyu decoction with Gualou Xiebai Banxia tang in treatment of angina pectoris of CHD can significantly improve the patient＇s symptoms.
