调脂饮治疗血脂异常疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察调脂饮联合辛伐他汀对比单用辛伐他汀治疗血脂异常疗效。[方法]依据入组标准选门诊血脂异常症患者48例,随机分为治疗组(治疗组-调脂饮联合辛伐他汀)24例和对照组(对照组-单用辛伐他汀)24例,疗程60d,观察用药前后血脂、肝功变化。[结果]两组组内治疗前后血脂异常水平均明显改善(P<0.01),两组均显示出良好的安全性,组间无统计学意义。调脂饮联合辛伐他汀治疗血脂异常疗效明显优于单用辛伐他汀,在降低TC、TG、LDL-C,升高HDL-C均有显著优势(P<0.05)。[结论]调脂饮联合他汀类降脂安全有效,且疗效优于单用他汀类。[ Objective ] Observe Lipid - Lowering Drink joint simvastatin contrast with simvastatin treatment dyslipidemia curative effect. [ Method] According to the set of standard choose outpatient service dyslipidemia in patients 48 peoples, randomly divided into group A （ treatment group - Lipid - Lowering drink joint simvas- tatin） 24 cases and group B （ control group - with simvastatin） , 24 cases were treatment 60 days, observe the blood fat, liver meritorious service is changes before and after use. [ Results ] Within two way before and after treatment were markedly improved dyslipidemia level （P 〈 0.01 ） , both groups showed good safety, between groups was statistically significant. Lipid -Lowering drink joint simvastatin dyslipidemia treatment had better effects than with simvastatin, in reducing the TC, TG, LDL - C, increase HDL - C all had significant advan- tage （P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Lipid - Lowering drink combined statin cholesterol is safe and effective, and better therapeutic use statins.
