推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病97例

摘　　要：[目的]观察推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效。[方法]采用推拿(颈椎拔伸法、颈椎旋转定位扳法、滚法、拿法、按法、擦法、弹拨法及一指禅推法),取穴风池、天柱、陶道、肩井、天宗、曲池、小海、合谷、后溪、阿是穴等进行治疗。[结果]治疗1～2个疗程后,临床控制58例,显效34例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率为98.90%。[结论]推拿治疗本病能够取得满意疗效。[Objective] Observe the massage therapy on Cervical Vertebra Disease of nerve root type cura- tive effect. [ Method] Adopt the massage （cervical vertebra pulled out, cervical vertebra rotation positioning pulling method, rolling, handle, presse, raser , tanbo and yizhichan push）, take the Fengchi, Tianzhu, Taodao, Jianjing, Tianzong, Quchi, Xiaohai, Hegu, Houxi, Ashi etc points for massage. [ Results] After 1 to 2 course of treatment, clinical control 58 cases, markedly 34 cases, effective 4 cases, invalid 1 case, the total markedly rate for 98.90%. [ Conclusion] Treating nerve root type cervical vertebra disease by massage has a good effect.
