指压攒竹穴配合足三里穴位注射治疗恶性肿瘤顽固性呃逆20例

摘　　要：[目的]观察指压穴位加穴位注射治疗顽固性呃逆20例临床疗效。[方法]将患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用指压攒竹穴,同时配合胃复安足三里穴位注射,对照组予单纯胃复安足三里穴位注射3d后评效。[结果]治疗组总有效率(95%)明显高于对照组(70%)。[结论]指压攒竹穴加足三里穴位注射对治疗肿瘤患者顽固性呃逆有显著疗效。[ Objective ] To observe the finger pressing acupuncture points and point injection intractable hiccups the clinical curative effect of the treatment. [ Methods ] Patients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group to save the pressure Cuanzhu acupuncture point, and at the same time cooperate me- toclopramide Zusanli point injection, the control group to pure metoclopramide Zusanli point injection after 3 d effect evaluation. [ Results ] The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group. [ Conclusion] Zusanli point injection pressure and refers to Cuanzhu point hole intractable of cancer patients hiccups have remarkable curative effect.
