中药汽化热疗治疗颈肩腰腿痛的护理

摘　　要：[目的]介绍中药汽化热疗治疗颈肩腰腿痛的护理方法与效果。[方法]采用负离子熏蒸煲,选用针对性中药配方制成药酒,取适量加入热疗仪高压锅水中,旋紧锅盖,将仪器移动到床边,入口处用毛巾覆盖函接,输出管道插入简易支架帐篷中固定,启动电源开关,调整温度控制仪,控制温度于40～45℃之间,45min/次,1～2次/d。10次为1疗程。热疗过程应专人守护,注意观察患者的面色、出汗等情况,随时询问患者有无头晕、心慌、胸闷等不适,发现问题及时处理。[结果]本组患者经中药汽化热疗1～2疗程后,患者疼痛症状明显减轻198例,疼痛缓解52例,疼痛无缓解8例。总有效率96.89%。[结论]中药汽化热疗方法简单、疗效确切、患者乐意接受。但汽化热疗过程的护理不可忽略,才能保证患者的治疗安全与效果。[ Objective ] To introduce the methods and effects of nursing Chinese herbal vaporization Hyper- thermia on neck and back pain. [ Methods ] An appropriate amount of the specific Chinese herbal formula wine is boiled with hyperthermia pressure cooker, and steam the ill part with anion fumigation pot beside bed for 45min per time, 1 - 2 times per day and cycle of 10 times. The entrance of the instrument should be covered with a towel. The temperature is kept at 40 -45℃. Patients＇ appearance, sweaty should be observed during hyperthermia and dizziness, palpitation and chest tightness should be asked and treated frequently. [Results ] After 1 - 2 courses of vaporization of hyperthermia with traditional Chinese medicine, 198 cases showed signifi- cant pain remission and 52 case showed pain relief and 8 cases with no remission. Total efficiency is 96.89%. [ Conclusion] It is simple to implement Chinese herbal vaporization hyperthermia on neck and back pain with accurate effects and the patients accept it. However, nursing during vaporization hyperthermia should not be ignored in order to guarantee the safety and effects of the treatment.
