摘  要:[目的 ]揭示氟、砷共存时对子代健康的研究。 [方法 ]采用两代一窝繁殖实验的方法 ,测定 Wistar大鼠暴露于氟、砷后其子代肝脏中氟、砷的蓄积水平、脂质过氧化水平和抗氧化能力以及病理组织学检查。 [结果 ]随着暴露剂量的增加肝脏中氟、砷含量显著增加 ,SOD和 GSH- Px活性随之降低 ,而 L PO含量却逐渐增加。肝脏的超微结构出现病理变化。停止氟、砷暴露 8周后 ,肝脏中氟、砷含量显著降低 ,酶的活性有所恢复 ,L PO含量明显减少。[结论 ]氟、砷联合染毒可引起大鼠子代肝脏的氧化性损伤并出现明显的病理学改变。Objective]To explore the effects of combined exposrue to fluoride and arsenic on the health of rat's offspring.[Methods]The accumulative levels of fluoride and arsenic,the lipid peroxidative levels,abilities of andioxidation and histophathological changes of liver in offspring of Wistar rats simultaneously exposed to fluoride and arsenic were determined with the method of two generations-one nest reproductive test.[Results]Associated with the increases of exposure levels of fluoride and arsenic in water,the variations were observed as follows:the increases of the levels of fluoride and arsenic in rats' liver,the decrease of the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px)in livers and the decreases of the levels of lipid peroxides (LPO).The phathological variations of liver ultrastructure were observed also.After exposure to fluoride and arsenic for 8 weeks,the decreases of the levels of fluoride and arsenic in rats livers,the recoveries of the activities of SOD and GSH-Px and the significant decline of the contents of LPO in livers were observed.[Conclusion]The combined exposure to fluoride and arsenic could result in the oxidative impairments and obvious pathological variations in livers of the rats' offspring.
