摘　　要：阐述了基于PLC的模拟自动线控制系统的N:N网络设计方案,每个工作单元由一台PLC控制,通过RS485串行通讯实现互连的分布式控制方式,采用模块化设计思想,通过在GX Developer软件环境下的编程,完成了控制程序的设计与调试,达到了较好的控制效果。This paper elaborates the N：N net design of the simulation of automatic line which is based on the PLC.Every unit is controlled by one PLC.Achieve a control mode which is Interconnection and distributed through RS485 serial communication. This scheme uses the idea of modularization.Programming is through the environment of the GX Developer.Complete the design and debugging of the program,Achieve a： good control effect.
