天蓝色链霉菌产十一烷基灵菌红素的发酵条件优化

摘　　要：通过对天蓝色链霉菌(Streptomyces coelicolor ZB8)产十一烷基灵菌红素(Red)的摇瓶发酵条件进行的优化研究,初步确定了促使Red产率提高的培养基组成及培养条件,包括研究接种量、碳源、氮源、氨基酸、无机盐及初始pH等对Red合成的影响,并通过正交试验获得了最适培养基组组成.用该培养基培养Streptomycescoelicolor ZB8,经过5天发酵,Red色价可达309.3 U/mL,是未优化前Red色价(84.7 U/mL)的3.65倍.To improve the production of Red（undecylprodigiosin） of Streptomyces coelicolor ZB8, the effect of the carbon and nitrogen sources, inoculum size, amino acid, initial pH and inorganic salts on the Red production were studied by single-factor experiments. Then, the orthogonal experiments were used to determine the best mix program of these components. After five days of fermentation, the color value of Red can flat up to 309.3 U/mL, it has increased by about 365 % compared to the control strain（84. 7 U/mL）.
