摘  要:在常温条件下(25±2℃),以人工配制的低C/N比废水作为处理对象,研究溶解氧(DO)浓度、进水pH值对序批式反应器(SBR)短程硝化运行稳定性及半亚硝化出水水质的影响.在本实验条件下,控制DO浓度为0.3~0.8 mg.L-1,进水pH值为8.3~8.5能稳定运行短程硝化并实现半亚硝化出水.研究中还发现高浓度游离氨(FA)和游离亚硝酸(FNA)对氨氧化细菌(AOB)和亚硝酸盐氧化细菌(NOB)都会产生抑制作用,其中当FNA浓度大于0.01~0.03 mg.L-1,AOB和NOB活性开始受到抑制.Experimental study about the effects of dissolved oxygen (DO) and influent pH on shortcut nitrification and partial nitritation effluent was carried out in SBR reactors when low C/N ratio artificial wastewater at ambient temperature (θ=25±2℃). The study results demonstrated that it could attain stable shortcut nitrification and partial nitritation effluent if DO and influent pH was controlled within the range of 0. 3 to 0. 8 mg· L^-1 and 8. 3 to 8. 5, respectively. The inhibition phenomenon by free ammonia (FA) and free nitrous acid (FNA) was also discovered to ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AOB) and nitrite oxidizing bacteria (NOB) in the experiment. The inhibition was initiated for both microorganisms at FNA level between 0. 01 and 0. 03 mg · L^-1.
