长三角地区制造业信息化现状与对策分析

摘　　要：党的十七大明确指出,要"促进信息化与工业化融合,走新型工业化道路","两化融合"已经成为地方经济与产业发展的重要支柱,成为推动地区经济转型升级的强大动力,也成为企业应对经济全球化、提高国际竞争力、加快发展方式转变的战略选择。长三角地区制造业企业成为信息化主体已经是一种趋势,以"甩账表"、"甩图板"为重点的制造业信息化示范成效显著。但也应该看到,仍有为数不少的企业其信息化现状却并不乐观,甚至还存在着缺乏信息化规划与目标、需求分析不充分、系统应用效率低等问题,需要认真加以分析与处理。Firmly upholding the principle of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China that walking on a new road to industrialization with solid steps relies on fostering the integration of industrialization and informatization, which plays a leading role in economic development, transformation and upgrading in plenty of regions, areas of Yangtze River Delta have successfully applied informationization to manufacturing. But defects can still be discovered in some manufacturing companies, for example, these companies have failed to outline their plans and objectives, overlooked the importance of demand analysis and made good use of relevant contemporary technologies in the process of materializing informatization, all of which require incessant improvement.
