摘  要:主要运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,从我国运动员文化教育模式的特征、分类、教育资源、运行机制、保障制度等方面入手进行剖析,借鉴国外职业运动员文化教育经验,阐述校园文化与人才培养的相关理论,提出校园文化是运动员文化素质教育的载体和有效途径,采取诱致性制度创新与强制性制度创新来推动高水平运动员文化教育融入校园文化并有效运行。Aided by literature consultation and expert's interview, it was analyzed in this article the pattern of education for athletes in China. Specifically, its features, its classification, resources for education, the running mechanism and its security system were dealt with respectively. Relevant experience abroad was learnt and applicable theories on cultures on campus and cultivation programs were introduced. It was concluded that culture on campus, a possible medium for the course of education, shall be the right track for the course to follow. System of induction and compulsion shall be innovated to integrate into campus culture the course of education for elite athletes in China.
