摘  要:以LiNO3、Ni(NO3)2.6H2O、Mn(NO3)2和尿素为原料,用低温燃烧法合成正极材料0.5Li2MnO3-LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2,研究回火处理对产物结构、形貌和电化学性能的影响。回火处理提高了产物的结晶度和电化学性能。回火处理的最佳条件为:在850℃下回火20 h。在此条件下合成的0.5Li2MnO3-LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2的电化学性能良好,以0.1C在2.5~4.6 V循环,放电比容量最高达217.1 mAh/g,第50次循环仍有191.6 mAh/g。Cathode material 0.5Li2Mn03-LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 was synthesized via low-temperature combustion process using LiN03、Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、Mn(NO3)2 and CO( NH2)2 as raw materials. The effects of reheating treatment on the structure, morphology and electrochemical performance of the products were investigated. Its crystalline and electrochemical performance were improved by reheating treatment. The optimum reheating conditions were: to reheat at 850 ℃ for 20 h.0.5Li2 MnO3-LiNio.5 Mn0.5 02 syn- thesized under such conditions had fine electrochemical performance. When cycled at 0.1 C in 2.5 - 4.6 V, its specific discharge capacity was up to 217.1 mAh/g and retained 191.6 mAh/g in the 50th cycle.
