摘  要:以LiFePO4和石墨为正、负极活性材料,用直接封口方式制备额定容量为1 300 mAh的18650型锂离子电池。存放30 d后,与半敞开式工艺相比,直封式工艺制备的电池电压提高0.15 V,荷电保持率提高13%,循环1 000次后的容量提高7%,表面无锈蚀。热误用、短路、过充电、强制放电、振动和机械冲击测试时,电池均不起火、不爆炸,撞击测试时不泄漏。18650 type Li-ion battery with nominal capacity of 1 300 mAh was prepared by direct scaling process using LiFePO, and graphite as cathode and anode active material, respectively. After 30 d storage, compared to scmi-opening process, the voltage of battery prepared by direct sealing process improved 0.15 V ,charge retention rate increased 13% ,the capacity increased 7% after 1 000 cycles, there was no rust-eaten on the surface. The battery was no fire and no explosion in tests of thermal misuse,short cir- cuit, overcharge, forced discharge, vibration and mechanical shock, it was no leakage in crash test.
