摘  要:目的研究北沙参超临界二氧化碳(SFE-CO2)萃取物对免疫抑制C57BL/6J小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法将实验用C57BL/6J雌性小鼠32只,随机分为空白组、模型组、北沙参SFE-CO2萃取物低、高剂量组,每组8只。第7天处死小鼠,眼静脉取血,EDTA抗凝,血球计数仪自动检测WBC、RBC、PLT;流式细胞术检测,计算T细胞亚群绝对数量。结果北沙参SFE-CO2萃取物可显著提高免疫抑制C57BL/6J小鼠外周血中WBC、PLT、CD3+T、CD4+T和CD8+T细胞的绝对数量。结论北沙参SFE-CO2萃取物对免疫抑制C57BL/6J小鼠外周免疫系统有较显著的恢复作用。Objective: To study the T lymphocyte subpopulation influence of Glehnia littoralis Schmidt SFE-CO2 extract on the C57BL/6J immunosuppressive mice. Methods : Thirty-two normal C57BL/6J female mice were divided randomly into the blank group, model group, low-Glehnia littoralis Schmidt SFE-CO2 extract-dose group and high-Glehnia littoralis Sehmidt SFE-CO2 extract-dose group, ( each n = 8 ). All the mice were killed and the orbit venous sampling was done at the seventh day. EDTA was used as an anticoagulant. WBC, RBC, PLT were tested by globulimeter automatically. The absolute quantity of T lymphocyte 'subpopulation was tested and calculated by flow cytometry. Results: The Glehnia littoralis Schmidt SFE-CO2 extract obviously improved the absolute quantity of WBC, PLT, CD3 + T, CD4 + T and CD8 + T cells in the peripheral blood of C57BL/6J immunosuppressive mice . Conclusion: The Glehnia littoralis Schmidt SFE-CO2 extract has special rehabilitation for the peripheral immune system of the C57BL/6J immunosuppressive mice.
