摘　　要：目的观察α-硫辛酸对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血浆血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平的影响。方法将40例糖尿病视网膜病变患者分为治疗组(n=20)及对照组(n=20),对照组常规饮食控制、口服降糖药或胰岛素处理,治疗组在此基础上加用α-硫辛酸注射液进行治疗,α-硫辛酸300 mg加入到250 ml生理盐水中静脉点滴,1次/天,连续治疗20天,测定两组患者的VEGF水平。结果治疗组治疗后血浆VEGF水平较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 DR患者接受α-硫辛酸治疗后血VEGF表达降低,提示α-硫辛酸抗氧化应激的同时,亦可能通过降低VEGF而延缓糖尿病视网膜病变进展。Objective ： To investigate the effect of alpha-lipoic acid on plasma vascular endothelial growth factor levels in patients with diabetic retinopathy （DR）. Methods： A total of 40 patients with DR were randomly divided into the treatment group （n = 20） and control group （n = 20）. Both of the two groups were both treated with dietary control and oral hypogly- cemic drugs or insulin,meanwhile, the treatment group were also treated with alpha-lipoie acid 300 mg/d into liquid intravenous dripfor 20 days. The levels of VEGF in each group were detected. Results ： The levels of VEGF were decreased significantly in alpha-lipoic acid treatment group after 20 days （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Alpha-lipoic acid may depress the expression of VEGF, which may be one of the mechanisms for delaying the progress of DR.
