摘　　要：讨论了高校图书馆大流通模式背景下流通阅览服务中出现的问题,提出了解决方法,强调了合理设置岗位和量化管理的重要性。This paper discusses the problems occurring in the circulation service under the background of great circulation mode of university library, puts forward some solutions, and emphasizes the importance of reasonably setting up the post and quantitative management.
