摘　　要：文献利用率是衡量高校图书馆服务质量的重要依据。对浙江财经学院图书馆2005—2010年的流通服务数据进行了统计分析,就如何提高文献利用率、改进流通服务工作进行了探讨。The utilization rate of literatures is an important basis for measuring the quality of university library＇s service. This paper makes the statistical analysis on the circulation data of the library of Zhejiang University of Financial and Economy in the period of 2005-2010, and probes into how to improve circulation service work through increasing the utilization rate of literatures.
