摘　　要：农村图书馆在社会主义新农村文化建设中具有举足轻重的作用。以哈尔滨市农村图书馆调查为基础,阐述了农村图书馆公共服务现状,对农村图书馆公共服务中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了农村图书馆发展的对策。Rural Libraries play a decisive role in cultural construction of new socialist countryside. Based on the survey of the rural libraries in Harbin City, this paper expounds the current situation of rural libraries＇ public services, analyzes the problems existing in rural libraries＇ public services, and puts forward some countermeasures for the development of rural libraries.
