摘　　要：人才是科研院所发展的重要资源。从数据的角度分析了北京市属公益科研院所人才发展的现状,并从多个角度与上海、广州在人才发展方面进行了对比。Talent is the important resource for the development of research institute. From the data angle, this paper analyzes the present situation of talent development in Being＇s municipal non-profit research institutes, and from multiple perspectives, makes the comparison with Shanghai and Guangzhou in talent development.
