摘　　要：目的 :探讨影响先天性髋脱位康复的因素并寻找最佳治疗方法。方法 :对63例 (A组 )先天性髋脱位患儿行切开复位双片髋人字石膏固定 ,15例 (B组 )行克氏针内固定 ,双片髋人字石膏固定 ,分析两种治疗方法及国内其它治疗方法对先天性髋脱位的康复有影响的原因。结果 :所有病例恢复满意 ,B组较A组及其它治疗方法比较 ,术后并发症少 ,康复更满意。结论 :B组术式操作简单 ,符合正常髋关节力学效应 。Objective:To inquire into the factor and searched for a best method of treatment that effected the rehabilitation of the CDH.Method:63 cases (group A)had opened reduction and had the double plaster spica of hip ,15 cases(group B)had interraed fixation with Kirschner pins and had the double plaster spica of hip,then,compared with therapeutic results of the tow methods and compaired with others methods in our country.Results:All cases had returned to satisfaction ,the group B had less postperative complication than others.Conclusion:The group B have a easy operation,and accord with normal mechanical effect of hip joint ,and contributed to the rehabilitation of the CDH.
