摘  要:总结了华能东方电厂超临界直流锅炉在安装过程中对锅炉受热面进行吹扫净化的情况,通过比较同类型机组的吹管数据以及吹管效果得出:在安装过程中对受热面进行预吹扫,可以大大缩短锅炉点火吹管时间,而且省煤、省水、省电,值得推广。This paper introduced the heating surface purging process during the installation of the supercritical once- through boiler in Huaneng Dongfang Power Plant. The comparison of pipe-blowing date and effect between same type units was investigated. The result shows that the heating surface pre-purge during the installation process is worth popularizing. because it can significantly reduce the boiler's ignition time and pipe-blowing time, as well as save fuel, desalting water, electricity, the way is worth promotion.
