血脂清洗治疗高脂血症35例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血脂清洗(BLC)治疗高脂血症的临床意义。方法将符合诊断标准的高脂血症纳入本组。血脂清洗机的操作、抗凝剂使用、观察指标按相关操作规程和相应监测数据进行。结果 35例高脂血症患者行血脂清洗治疗前后的各项血脂、血凝指标变化对比显示差异明显,且临床症状也明显改善。结论血脂清洗其临床疗效确切,血脂指标下降明显。Objective To analyze the clinical significance of blood lipid cleaning （BLC） in treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods Hyperlipidemia patients were selected who meet the inclusion criteria. The operation of blood lipid cleaner, use of anticoagulants and index observation were performed according to the related operating rules and monitoring data. Results The comparison of blood lipids and blood clotting indexes before and after operation in 35 patients with hyperlipidemia showed significant differences. The clinical symptoms improved obviously. Conclusion Blood lipid cleaning has the obvious clinical efficacy. Blood lipid indices decreased significantly.
