摘 要:目的分析我院老年用药中药品不良反应(ADR)发生特点及诱发ADR相关因素,以建立健全ADR监测制度,保持临床合理用药。方法收集2008年1月—2011年12月老年用药中发生ADR患者546例(男337例,女209例),年龄60~88(71.4±13.2)岁,并把收集的这些ADR进行统计、分类和分析。结果发生ADR的546例老年患者中男性(61.7%)高于女性(38.3%),发生率最高的是抗菌药类药物。ADR发生与使用抗菌药种类、中药注射剂质量、给药途径等相关。ADR常见临床表现依次是皮肤及其附件、其次是神经系统、循环系统、消化系统等。结论老年患者ADR发生率最高的是抗菌药类药物,临故床上必严格掌握,做到安全、合理和有效用药。Objective To investigate the occurrence characteristics and correlative factors in aged patients with adverse drug reaction (ADR) , establish and improve ADR monitoring system, maintain clinical rational drug use. Methods From January 2008 to December 2011, 546 ADR cases were collected in our hospital and analyzed statistically, including 327 male and 219 female, aged 60 - 88 (71.4 ± 13.2) years old. Results In 546 aged patients with ADR, male patients (61.7%) were more than female (38.3%), and ADR incidence rate of antibiotic drugs was the highest. Occurrence of ADR was associated with antimierobial class type, the quality of traditional Chinese medicine injection, route of administration. ADR had a common clinical presentation on skin and its appendages, followed by the nervous system, circulatory system, digestive system and so on. Conclusion The results showed that the highest incidence of ADR in aged patients is antibiotic drugs, the clinical must be strictly controlled for safety, reasonable and effective drug use.
