摘  要:目的评估无C型臂透视机辅助下应用微创改良张力带治疗单纯横行或纵行髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法自2003年4月—2011年6月,应用多处小切口无C型臂透视机辅助的微创改良张力带治疗单纯横行或纵行髌骨骨折,随访观察骨折局部外观、骨折愈合情况,膝关节屈伸功能并予以评价。结果获得随访的29例患者骨折均愈合,膝关节功能优良率100%,外观满意。结论该微创改良法治疗髌骨骨折优良率满意,可在临床广泛应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of the minimally invasive treatment on simple horizontal or longitudinal patellar fracture by modified tension band without C-arm fluoroscopy. Methods From April 2003 to June 2011, patients with simple horizontal or longitudinal patellar fracture were treated by minimally invasive modified tension band without C-arm fluoroscopy and then were followed up, observed and evaluated in local appearance, fracture healing and knee flexing-extension function respectively. Results 29 followed-up patients were all satisfied in fracture healing, knee flexing-extension function and step posture. The excellent rate was 100%. Conclusion This modified tension band technique can be used widely in clinic to treat patellar fracture with satisfactory excellent rate.
