银质针松解术治疗20例膝关节术后慢性软组织疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察用银质针松解术治疗膝关节术后慢性软组织疼痛的疗效。方法对20例膝关节术后慢性软组织疼痛患者行银质针松解术,于治疗前、治疗后即刻、治疗后30 d采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和红外热成像仪描记出病变区域的温度变化情况进行评价。结果治疗后30 d患者的VAS评分和病变区域温度较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论银质针松解术治疗膝关节术后慢性软组织疼痛有明显的远期疗效。Objective To observe the effect of silver needle acupuncture in the treatment with chronic soft tissue pain of knee joint after operation. Methods Twenty patients with chronic soft tissue pain of knee joint after operation were measured by temperature recorder of infrared thermography and visual analog scale （VAS） on the pretreatment, the moment of treatment and 30d after treatment. Results After 30d of treatment, the changes of VAS index were significantly improved and the volume of temperature in patients＇ tissue were increased significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Silver needle acupuncture treatment has the significant longterm effects on patients with chronic soft tissue pain of knee joint after operation
