摘 要:运用Fluent软件,对4种文氏管模型的流场进行了数值模拟,得到了不同条件下的总压损失。通过对比分析,得出了文氏管的结构参数对总压损失的影响规律。结果表明:在定长的直管道中,"截尾"文氏管造成的总压损失比"不截尾"文氏管的大;文氏管的收缩角和扩散角越大,总压损失越大。这对文氏管的优化设计提供了有价值的参考。Using the Fluent software, the flow distributions of four venturi models were numerically simulated and the total pressure loss was obtained under different conditions. By the analysis of the simulation results, the effects of venturi geometry parameters on total pressure loss were investigated. The results indicated that the total pressure loss caused by truncated venturi was bigger than by non-tnmcated venturi in a certain length of straight conduit and the total pressure loss increased with divergent angle and convergent aagle. This research provided worthy references for the optimum design ofventuri.
