摘 要:采用双氧水对活性炭进行了表面改性,以改性活性炭为载体,添加活性组分后制备成浸渍炭,考察了双氧水浓度、氧化时间及氧化温度对浸渍炭防护氯化氰的性能影响。采用Zeta电位滴定对氧化前后样品进行了表征分析。研究发现双氧水氧化改性可降低活性炭的等电点,增加活性炭表面酸性官能团,从而提高活性炭的表面亲水性。其中浸渍炭对氯化氰的防护时间受双氧水浓度和氧化时间影响较小,受氧化温度影响最大,当双氧水浓度为5%,氧化时间为3.5h,氧化温度为B℃时制备的浸渍炭对氯化氰的防护效果最好,防护时间高达34.9min。Activated carbon was modified with H2O2, and carbon supported catalysts were prepared by using the modified activated carbon as a carrier through impregnating the active component. The influences of the H2O2 concentration, treatment time and treatment temperature to the impregnated activated carbon for cyanogen chloride protection time were investigated. The original and oxidized samples were characterized by Zeta titration. The results showed that the equipotential point of the activated carbon was decreased and the content of acidic groups was increased after modified by HEO2. So the activated carbon surface hydrophilic was improved. Treatment temperature had more impaction to the cyanogen chloride protection time of the impregnated carbon comparing with the H2O2 concentration and treatment time. When the concentration of 5% hydrogen peroxide, oxidation time of 3.5h, treatment temperature of B℃were given, the protective time for cyanogen chloride of the impregnated activated carbon was up to 34.9min.
